I'm 37 years old, cis-male, gay, and have never maintained my pubic hair in any fashion whatsoever. Back when I was in college and people were often naked (2003-2007), this complete lack of maintenance didn't seem particularly unusual. My sense is that now it's quite unusual. But I rarely see naked people anymore, except in professional and amateur porn, and it's not a particularly polite question for coworkers.
What do people think? Is this an age thing, or more that pop culture has shifted without me?
I'm 20, and I love a hairy guy, but I have chopped my own pubes from time to time. I think it's a mix of both: the culture nowadays prefers guys who are less hairy, so younger folks tend to try and emmulate that the most. Though, like I said, I love hair and hairy guys, so I'm not exactly one to talk lmao
