I've been following closely to this series for very long now. This is a film based in Singapore.
Sadly there are no subtitles.
The story is about a mysterious singer that got famous and popular overnight. Then he died in a car crash.
Later on he reveal that he is not dead and he has been raising an spiritual imp that help him succeed in the past.
Now the imp have grown up and become out of control. The imp likes to gets into his stomach and torture him by throwing punches and kick just like a baby would.
And the mpreg scene is at around 9:30.
