At 16:24 yesterday the new prince was born. Kate and William thrilled and overjoyed to finally have him here and mummy and baby both healthy and happy. Still no name yet.

Well we're thinking the following would be good choices. George, Alexander, Phillip, Henry, Edward, James, William jr.

I dunno... I'm kinda hoping they don't give the baby a name that has already been held by at least 3 other European monarchs. He's the first in a new, more progressive monarchial line. I'd like to see him have a name that's still traditional, but makes him stand apart from his forefathers.

Alexander wouldn't be so bad though. It's a good, strong name.

It is official (if you haven't heard yet). The baby's name is George Alexander Louis.

Would have liked to have a different name but oh well. I'm not the father.

It's not so much you're not the Father as even William has a stupidly unfair obligation to stick to 'appropriate' names. - I say screw that! He's a baby, a little person, not a law or piece of legislation!
