The movie's called "La Noche del Virgen (The Night of the Virgin)", and that's apparently just one clip of the apparent numerous other horrifying and extreme things that go on in the movie.

I'm not into extreme horror movies (I love horror films though), but this pregnancy scene alone really strikes my interest to watch it all and see what exactly is happening to him. But I'm also not a fan of horror movies mixing in comedy, and unless they can play it well like they did with Cabin in the Woods I'm not sure how great that will turn out.

I saw the movie. There are only two belly scenes in the movie, that small part where he fights back, and a few min. beforehand when he wakes up and is fully pregnant. It’s almost a footnote in the movie.

That was actually painful to sit through (quality of the movie, not the graphic parts), and the movie was way longer than it probably should have been, but those pregnancy scenes and the birth are top notch.

The ending made no sense though.
