Liam smiled gently and held his hand moving his other hand under the head to support it as it slowly came out

"D-Do you think...it's a boy or a g-girl?"

Liam smiled “I don’t care as long as they’re healthy”

"S-Same here...I was just...w-wondering" Steve smiles a bit.

Liam chuckled “Honestly, I would love to have another girl for Angel to play with, otherwise she’ll be overrun by boys” he grinned. He held the head steady as it finally released with some fluids “Baby, heads out, just the shoulders now, you’re dealing with this so well, barely breaking a sweat” he chuckled

"Heh...I was a mess until a few m-minutes ago..." Steve says.

Liam laughed lightly “But this is the hardest part and you’re just having light conversations with me” he grinned lightly

Liam smiled lovingly and leaned down kissing him softly “Love you” he said softly against his mouth

"Love you t-too..." Steve takes another deep breath and pushes hard.

Liam smiled “That’s it, keep pushing, nearly there” he said holding the head steady as the shoulders emerged

"Just...ugh...p-pull it out..." Steve groans, breathing heavily.

Liam nodded and gently pulled the child out while he pushed. He held the child close and rubbed its back quickly trying to get it to breathe

The baby lets out a little cough then starts to cry.

Liam smiled brightly tears in his eyes “Baby, it’s a girl, she’s okay” he said happily before putting the little girl on Steve’s chest gently

"We...we have another daughter?" Steve grins tiredly.

Liam smiled happily and nodded “Here, we’ll get you inside” he said and gently lifted Steve up with the baby on his chest

Steve nods tiredly and yawns as he rests his head on Liam's chest.
