LOL, I think Lil Nas is afraid that the prosthetic belly will fall off. It shouldn’t, if the makeup fx artist who applied it used industry standard medical adhesive (which is very likely), then the belly can take a lot of stress and be alright, especially if it is for a clip for a few seconds.
