There is a french movie on Netflix called "Stuck Together" that tells the story of a neighborhood with different kind of families.

There is a couple where the woman is pregnant and the husband is a personal trainer who is start to get fat like a pregnant man with cravings and a nice fake belly.

Actor Tom Leeb who plays the character is very handsome and cute.
