So, basically this movie is about a young man who got a curse from the father of a girl who was killed and rapped by him previously. It seems a magical theme shown in this movie. It is really good tho. There’s a lot of bloated male belly scenes.

Found the full episode here. Unfortunately, it's just with Chinese subtitles. I was able to understand most of the story, and they did a fantastic job with his belly. I don't have the added context of English subtitles to know for sure, but it seems like he is just cursed not actually pregnant. Regardless, they did a great job, and I love how big his belly was and how much they showed it bare.
