Quick update: The leading female role has been casted, Yami Gautam. Also, the tentative start date for shooting is presently October, when Diljit arrives back in India from the US.

Nope, that turned out to be a false rumor, the director Shaad Ali stated in an interview that Diljit has no problem playing a pregnant man, and that filming was originally supposed to begin on September 10th, but got pushed back to allow for Diljit to fly back from the US to India amid the pandemic.

Can’t say I’m a fan of the title change or the new actor :L but I’m happy the director was able to complete their project despite the apparent complications.

found a version of it online (won't link here - it also took forever to find and download, but could also have just been my internet). Overall, the only word that comes to mind is "meh". Like, what you see in the trailer and previews that have come out are basically the most you'll get in terms of belly scenes or things like that, if that's what you're mainly looking for. Otherwise, the script seems to be a bit underwhelming - the ending is a bummer! The main good thing about it is the prosthetics they used for the male actor - it worked well.
Not too sure if it's worth downloading, but happy to hear other people's thoughts.
