It's "Because I Love You," from 2017. It's about a man who has a car accident, after which his spirit begins to enter the bodies of other people. It's not an mpreg movie, unfortunately. It has a rather intense fantasy mpreg birth scene that lasts about the same length as it does in the trailer.

But in case you want to watch it in context, the film is free (in the U.S., at least) on Tubi. The birth scene is between 14:50 and 15:00.
