Seahorse was a 2015 short film that was pretty popular on this forum back then.

Apparently, the creator of the movie eventually decided that it the movie's existence was morally wrong and tried to scrub it from the internet out of shame. It's been deleted from both Vimeo and Youtube and the only source of its existence is the trailer on Youtube and a few images online.

I found a site called "Boyhood movies" which claimed to have a download link for it but the download doesn't have any sound, is incomplete and is in very low quality.

Does anyone know where I can find a copy of this movie?

That link doesn't lead anywhere, not for me at least. It just goes to Vimeo's home page and searching for "Seahorse" brings up no results.
