Some colorful stripes and some design that stands for the mpreg.
For example, a half circle with a + sign inside it.

When it comes to the colors I'm not sure.
It has to cover all the preferences. idk

For the colors, I think it would be great to have blue and pink stripes for the genders of the babies and in the middle the badge with the positive or a drawing of a pregnant belly
