That's, er, different I guess. But it's not really anything close to a simulation - all you do is sit on the board and lean back from the looks of it. Now if they took the Japanese 'mommy tummy' (link will follow in a few days) and combined it with the wii, that would be pretty cool. The mommy tummy inflates and weighs the same as a real pregnancy, it is also water heated at (forgets the exact) whatever temperature amniotic fluids etc are within the womb. It stimulates featul movements and kicks too.

Would love to see that on the wii - but even if they did, it'd be the most expensive wii game ever. :(

Yes, it's clearly a joke. I didn't mean to give the impression I thought it was a real game. Probably a luge sport game. (I'm so unathletic, I don't know what a luge sport is, but that sounded plausible enough.)
