The comic is called "the water pollution".
I"n the new era which the water was polluted, the new generation was born as hermaphrodite and the treatment of sexual development only came after adolescence.
In this comic, one of the couples, which are both hermaphrodite, refused to take the treatment, hence remained as herm till the end of his life waiting for the returning of his death partner, although not sure how he became pregnant in the end.
