Found this pillow at BJs Wholesale Club. Comes with vibration and shiatsu massage. ~$20 USD.  Strapped to the belly, instead of the back of the neck, along with some extra padding and weight this could be a decent simulation of fetal movement.

I have a shiatsu thing like this, I think the motion would be to fast and consistent to be similar to fetal movements, unfortunately

Wonder if it would be possible to hack it? Change up the gears or the motor...
Or only use it for labor simulations?

Well, I don't think it would be intense enough to simulate contractions. And when you get into hacking it, I wonder if at that point it would be simpler/cheaper just to build a rig from scratch?
