I don’t have any pics, but I’ve been trying to find that guy on YouTube, he had tons of Mpreg content, I remember one or a few of them where he would be wearing a union suit. I don’t think he talked much or at all in any of his videos, it was an older white male that was balding.

That’s just from an old eBay product image for selling that latex prosthetic belly.

It is NOT from any film or show, the guy in the photo is just one of the prosthetic team’s crew members.

I would see that eBay listing all the time, however they don’t seem to be selling them on eBay anymore. Also, I forgot the name of the company who used to sell those.
