sadly, it was just part of the promo for the show :( would've been great if they incorporated it as part of the show tbh, the guy looks great pregnant!

It seems that he was just wearing this as a joke, he was on a series where a woman got pregnant and I think he was playing around with her prosthetic belly. So he was not in a production about male pregnancy of any kind unfortunately.
