this is the story of a boy named a life skill and a drug-addled mother who sold him into slavery and left him there to die. Liza is brutally beaten by the slave masters for four years before someone comes along to save him. after Liza's Spirit has been completely shattered and he's pretty much forgotten any reason to live anymore he is drug nto a courtyard and paraded around like some sort of animal. people look at and gossip and feel him upon as if he is to be an animal or pet rather than a person. Lizas rescuer spots him while he's being shown off around in the courtyard. what catches his eye is Liza's beautiful long almost snow white blonde hair and beautiful pale blue almost glowing eyes. little those liza know his rescuer is not just any rescuer but the Elven Prince of the kingdom he is curently in. Liza is then taken to a castle after he has bought from the slavery trade and taken to a castle where the Prince works on slowly but surely gaining the broken boys Trust.

I was so druged and lethargic that I couldn't hardly walk. I felt hands all over my tattered tunic. I could speak it felt as if I was frozen. I'd been beaten and broken till my spirit was but a wisp. I had nothing left to live for and every reason I wanted to die. The Courtyard was crowded but I didn't notice. I was shoved around bounced around and felt pain it just felt like it was nothing to me. the heavy iron shackles wrapped around my wrists and ankles were connected by thick interlocking chain links to felt so heavy and so cold against my skin I felt so exposed and yet at the same time not being seen at all.my long blonde almost white hair is preferred by the wind as it catches the eye of an unbeknownst to me Prince.

Fauvel watched from the distance, slavery was a problem that plagued his kingdom and he whished to abolish it yet, his father the king allowed it as it brought a large portion of the trade done on the kingdom. He was looking at thr boy on exhibition unlike the other slaves he seemed thr most broken. He whispered some instructions to his servant, to go buy him that slave and take him to the castle.
In silence he retired back to his castle and called for a room to be prepared and a doctor to be brought to look after the slave.

Hast as I thought I was gonna be paraded around all day I was shoved into the arms of a very regal looking man. I figured he was of royalty. He followed me as he was put o a horse and rode to the castle. I was taken and led to a large room a big round bed in the center of the room. There was a large closet off to the left corner from the bed the walls were navy blue and the trim was gold. A doctor walked in and examined me cleaned my lash wounds then wrapped his middle in gauze and left. I just sat on the edge of the bed not really responsive.

He received the indications of the doctor and report on what was his condition. Fauvel listened and asked for everything to be made according to the instructions of the medic.

Lastly he knocked gently on the door and waited to be allowed in "The doctor has ordered you he'd rest for a few days" he said looking at the boy, he looked smaller up front. "I'm Fauvel, your new master, you'll be safe here..." he said not sure what to tell the poor boy.

The boy didn't seem responsive his eyes blank. "I don't want to sleep" he said emotionless. He was exposed and he knew it if this person advanced he'd submitt. He wanted to resistance as it was futile. "I'm not tired plus if I try ill only wake up again anyway" has was speaking of his nightmare.

"What you mean you're not tired? you look exhausted" he pointed out "I don't... know what you've been through, but you're safe here, I might have had to buy you, bit my intentions are far from forcing you to anything..." he said trying to explain yet he blushed as he couldn't deny he was attracted to the young man. "You must be hungry too.... do you like your new room?"

" its all right better than a stone dungeon" he said still not registering emotion. I was looking at the prince closley. I had no intention of fighting but sleeping was a whole nother matter. {If I slept I be plunged right back into a nightmear if I didn't this prince might get mad ill take my chances with a mad prince} his thoughts ended on that note. He crises his arms over his chest and sat there no budgeing an inch.

He was unsure of what was wrong or if he had missed of doing something he had to. He had imagined all this going much more differently, he had imagined thr boy thankful, perhaps scared, but never this...
Fauvel blinked as he tried to decide what to do "I see... well I guess I better let you rest on your own... good night" he said as he gave some orders to the soldiers that always followed him around and left the small slave in his own.

Before the prince could leave the boy called out to him. "Wait! Could you sit with me just for a little while!?" He was honestly dreading being alone. the very thought of being alone in a new place with nothing familiar to him absolutely terrified him he was hoping beyond a shadow of a doubt the prince would at least take some pity on him. Hopping he wouldn't be like all the other people. The ones who had given him back because he had been too stubborn to listen and didn't want to show any emotion. when he was provoked he had so hoped that this Prince would be much much different from the owners that had repeatedly return him.
