Hey, I found this Chinese animated movie with kinda of mpreg on it.
In the movie, the male character Lang Ming eats a magic spinning top, and becomes constipated. His girlfriend helps him out until he goes to the bathroom. His belly starts to grown at 55:20 and keeps going until 1:03:28. It's not that long, but in that time, the guy acts and moves like if he's pregnant. The belly is great, specially at 1:02:34.
