The other patients around them wondered what was going on behind the curtain, but the doctor didn't care then. He then gently eased the boy back onto his bed, leaving him in a sticky mess. "Well...that didn't seem to work. We'll try again tomorrow, huh?"

Sam only nodded in response. He panted heavily as the doctor set him back down on the bed. “Could you please call the nurse back here? I made a bit of the mess.” Sam said as he sat down on his enormous ass.

"Gladly." he nodded, paging Mr Pregali's nurse to return and clear up -THEIR- mess. It took a few minutes for the gravid nurse arrive, but it was a pleasant sight to see when she did. "What can I help with, Mr Pregali?" she asked, looking at his situation.

“Would you mind cleaning me up and keeping me company?” Sam asked the nurse.

"Sure!" she replied with a smile, taking a few towels from the medical cart and cleaned him all up, changing his sheets too. "So how can I entertain you, sir?"

“Could you uh... Could you take off your clothes?” Sam asked, uncertain if the nurse would do something like strip in front of her patient.

Dr Rotswel lifted her head up and blushed hard. "Uhhh....maybe not during my hours. I can at least show you my belly..." she replied honestly, stammering frequently as she spoke. Once the last word came out, she was prepared to lift her dress at his word.

“Oh, okay. Show me your belly. And maybe you can rub your belly button against mine?” Sam suggested as he pointed towards his much larger outie.

The nurse sighed and complied with his request, getting to his side and pressed their bellies together navel to navel. "Like so?" she asked, arching her back to reach such a position.
