That was one of the best extended male birth scenes I've seen in a drama.

However, it just doesn't seem to occur to producers that the audience might like to see the man in a lithotomy position.  I guess it just doesn't occur to those who don't share the fetish :)

It turns out, he gives birth to a huge bloody egg! It hatches in episode 24 (the second to final episode).
This was incredibly cute and one of the best Mpreg themes ever!
