The pregnant scene lies in episode 50 during the end of the film. Just a very short belly and birth scene.

Specifically, it's from 37:58 to 38:10, adding yet another example of what might have been an amazing mpreg birth sequence sped-up, dubbed over, and finished in 12 seconds  :/
