I just bought a rowing machine and the lady selling offered me a large exercise ball she purchased with it. It's only just occured to me that these are basically the same as a birth ball, so I'm looking forward to trying some different positions on the birth ball including bouncing on it for my next birth simulation.
Sadly I had an audio birth setup for later today with a lady midwife on here but came down with food poisoning the night before last and spent the whole of yesterday feeling as if my body was trying to purge my intestines out of my rear end so I'm still feeling a bit delicate for a full on birth simulation experience today.
Anybody else got a birth ball or any positions they recommend?
