One of my friends in the past requested that after being pregnant so many times that I birth her child. So I went and bought a generic baby doll for a prop. As the rp progressed, I used some padding under a shaping leotard and a skin colored bodysuit. Once I hit about 4 months in size I switched the padding to a beach ball that I could keep blowing up as I grew from month to month. Once I was at full term I snuck off to put the doll underneath the beach ball and then was able to go into labor and "push out" the doll via the leg hole of the leotard.
It worked for the roleplay but didn't really pass for any sort of normal looking birth. Has anyone ever tried something like this and if so, were you able to find some crotchless leotard or maybe one with a zipper that you were able to push the doll through?
