Looking for a car advert

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for an advert from the 2000's for a car. I can't remember what the car was or what year (but pretty positive it was in the 2000's) which featured a world that was designed to make women's lives easier. It features a woman comfortably jogging in high heels and it also features another comforting her male partner who is pregnant and in labour.

Is anyone able to help?
