During an invasion, aliens are looking for ways to incubate their offspring, including using cattle and other animals. While performing back surgery on a man, the doctor agrees to implant an egg inside his patient. A while later, the patient awakes (begins at 8:56) with his back swollen and goes nuts. In part 2, his back explodes, and the aliens go after an old woman as an incubator instead.
