When I saw the very first teaser trailer, I noticed a part that looked like aliens were about to impregnate a man, but I didn’t want to share it until I was 100% sure that there would be mpreg. Then I saw the teaser trailer for Part 2: Death Valley last week after the Part 1: Red Tide finale, which basically confirmed my suspicions of male pregnancy being incorporated into this season.
See if you can find the parts I’m referring to in the trailers above. ;)

One great big, loving, dysfunctional family. -_-;
I swear Ryan Murphy has a thing for mpreg. I recall a teaser for the original AHS having a pregnant guy in the Rubberman Suit and one of the advertisements for his comedy show featured two pregnant guys as well.
LOL, yep, that’s what I’ve noticed as well, not to mention the fact that in almost every season there is a pregnancy theme. This just confirms Ryan’s thing for male pregnancy! XD

Also, the character that is shown pregnant in the trailer is Isaac Powell’s character, I compared the 2 necklaces the pregnant man is wearing with his in another trailer. Also, as of now it is unknown if any other male characters becomes pregnant aside from Isaac, hopefully there will be others.

That is some Grade A sleuthing.
If that's the case, Isaac Powell wrapped filming during Episode 9 (which just recently finished filming). My guess is that the scene in the trailer is going to be from episode 7 or 8, but that is just speculation at this point.
I am super excited to see the opening sequence, it will definitely allude to male pregnancy in some way, shape, or form, cause Ryan loves putting hints of what the story will be about throughout the opening.

We’re likely to get the character posters tomorrow, on Twitter. That link on Instagram I posted earlier, they are going to be doing this live event on Twitter and I expect them to give us more info on all the characters, including their names, as well as release character posters for each character in the story. Since Issac isn’t a credited main cast member he may or may not get one, but I believe he will because him getting pregnant is a pretty big deal. Only some supporting characters get character posters.
The live event will be @ 12PM EST / 9AM PST on Twitter.
The typical military cover-up/Roswell style ideations from the fifties, along with some intriguing messages about how maternity wards are full. There were also a few generic sounding mid-century advertisements for TVs and home security systems.
In between the different ads and news reports was a distinctly alien sounding voice giving broken and staggered messages. To summarize what the alien voice said, it was something along the lines of “Our planet is dying, our test subjects failed — we need MORE… for both our people, time is running out.”
It also mentioned a dust storm and warned that residents would need to evacuate. There was a particularly loud announcement that ‘if residents did not evacuate, they would not survive this storm.’ The military was involved with the area suffering the dust storm.
