My Mpreg Sims

You can actually have Male sims in the Sims 4 get pregnant in the Base Game.
All you have to do is change their gender setting to allow for pregnancy in CAS.
(You can keep the ability to pee standing up as well as allow for pregnancy.)

Anyway here are some slightly edited screenshots from my Sims game.
(I used the pose player mod to get the cool poses and some general custom content.)

The parts I edited were the lower stomachs (as the shorts curved up it unrealistically)
and the crotch because sims dont have anything down there.

There was a “Realistic Birth Mod” that was released within the last few weeks as well. You can now watch Sims experience an extended and more interactive labor in child birth. Instead of a baby magically floating out while the sim is standing up, the baby is delivered while the pregnant sim is in stirrups in a hospital bed.
I’m not sure how well the mod works with male pregnancy, but as male pregnancy is built in to the base game I don’t think it would be any different.

Yeah, he can give birth and yes there is a Realistic birth mod, though right now it is only out for early release on Patron.
