Now, the filmmaker is working on a real-life story of a man who got pregnant with a fully functional womb. According to a source close to the director, Shree Narrayan Singh is working on a true story and has taken the copyrights to make a film about his life. The makers haven't yet zeroed in on the cast. It will be interesting to see which actor agrees to play a pregnant man on screen. The film will be directed by Shree Narrayan Singh and written by Rao Rajendra Singh.

Nothing is up, India is full of different ethnic groups and languages, you could technically consider each group separate countries. So when we see ”Indian content about male pregnancy” it would actually be more accurate to see there’s “Hindi male pregnancy content”, or “Telugu male pregnancy content” or “Marathi male pregnancy content” or “Tamil male pregnancy content” or “Malayalam male pregnancy content” or any of the other 2,000+ ethnicities present in India.

Each of these groups makes their own films and television series, it’s not a one size fits all type of thing. So although there are a lot of male pregnancy content coming from the entire country of India, it’s technically spread across the various ethnic groups.
