I couldn't understand a word of it of course, but I think I got the grasp of it!
I can only echo what has already been said really - I only hope it doesn't turn out to be a dream because that would, for me at least, slightly dampen what looks to be quite a positive looking film otherwise.

Does anyone know what happened to this release? I can't find any details. Wiki says the movie is released on Feb 3. I am not even able to find a movie review for this one.

I saw a review of the movie on youtube but it's in Gujarati. Fortunately, I can understand a bit of Gujarati. So the story goes as follows :
Aditya Mehta marries his college love, Ragini, and Ragini wants to have a kid but Aditya isn't mentally prepared to be a father. Still, she conceives and gives birth to a stillborn child. She goes through a lot of trauma and doctors also state that she can never conceive again. She yearns to have her kid and also waves off the decision of adopting a child. Aditya can't watch his wife in misery and hence decides to be a part of an experiment in which he goes through surgery for an artificial uterus transplant in his abdomen.
He becomes the first pregnant man and society criticizes this decision of Aditya. He shares his pregnancy journey through the radio as he works at a radio station. He eventually gives birth to their baby boy but goes into a coma due to some complications. He wakes up from his coma after a year and hence is happy to see his child and family together and the movie ends here.
