I don't think is real: look the begining of the belly, with a kind of separation betweens boobs, a kind of womb pregnant belly.....men bellies only look pregnant when are from drunk people,and that bellies look more rounded and bloated on top.
in spain a proverb says: they go in labor they decide.... I WANNA DECIDE TOO..
