Writers helping Writers

I was wondering if there was a section, {might have missed it}, where writers can ask other writers for help with stories. It's not like plot bunny adoption or donation. I mean a place where people can go a put for instance a snippet of their story and ask someone to help them if they have writers block or something of that nature.

There is no dedicated section or thread, as I think people usually take care of that stuff in PMs. However you or I can start one, and I'll make it sticky. Would that be good?
