Yeah, he really does look pregnant! I always wonder when I see these things if these people are secretly into mpreg... or perhaps if they could persuaded to give it some thought...

Knowing these two (not personally) they are most likely only interested in the 'gaining' aspect. I know these two from a website called 'Grommr'. It is a community based on the idea of gaining weight. There are some mpreg enthusiasts on the site, but the majority of the members are only interested in getting a belly from eating, not from putting a baby inside it, haha.
