Can we get a plot summary on this for those of us who don't speak Italian, please?

The story begins at 31:00. The boy lives with his parents and leads a wild life made up of casual sex with various women. One night he has a relationship with a Japanese woman who "curses him". The boy begins to show signs of pregnancy and goes to the doctor who announces the news. The word spreads and his family abandons him. Even the Asian girl leaves him until he becomes famous. At this point everyone returns but he is overcome by labor pains. The story ends with him waking up from this dream.
