What smartphone should I choose

Hi

Can you help me choose a phone?
I would like to have a screen 5"+, and 2 GB of RAM.
It can be thin. The thickness of the smartphone up 0.6 mm.

I found two that I like:
1. Smartphone Nokia Lumia
2. Smartphone Lenovo S8 S898T

There great phones and they come with a great camera as well.

I love windows phone, but if I had to choose between WP and android, id choose android. WP has a fresh layout and generally thinks outside the box, but developers are very very slow to make apps for it. There are a ton of 1st party apps on android that are only available in weird ways by 3rd parties on windows phone; and some popular apps on android arent even available on windows phone.
