A new bare belly photo of the couple was posted earlier in the week on both Facebook and Instagram. Then today (about 2 hours ago) the couple posted a photo to Facebook of Fernando and his wife in surgery with the caption " Adivinen donde estamos y que es lo que estamos haciendo" or "Guess where we are and what we're doing." hinting that the couple is mid C-Section.

He didn't seem to get all that big, but all of a sudden he just POPPED. Wow! :)
