Brandon sat nervously in the waiting room, filling out forms. The pregnancy test was positive, but he had not his boyfriend yet, he wanted to make sure he was. The two had been dating for a while, but neither was ready to have a baby, as both were still in college.
He glanced around the waiting room, seeing several pregnant couples, some barely showing, others nearly full term. He was embarrassed to be here alone, but he might be a false alarm. Those pregnancy tests do have a chance of error, and he could have done the test wrong. Still, he was not hopeful. His period had always been irregular, but it had been a while since his last cycle, and he had been sick for a while. He wouldn't have done the test if he didn't suspect it.
It wondered how his boyfriend would react, and how his parents would react. After a while, he heard his name called, and nervously made his way back, hoping for the best.
