Personally an inflatable anal plug has always done the trick for me, but I feel that's quite subjective.
The trick with the inflatable plugs is to pump them up as lot and if you do that they cause involuntary pushing urges and 'surges' as your body tries to expel the huge object lodged in your rectum. I find 30-40 pumps usually does the trick!

At the moment I just use a regular buttplug however I'd love to use an inflatable one. Honestly though the top thing I'd go for is one of those anal dolls. Perfect for anal birth and actually looks like a baby if that's what your going for.
