I've been thinking about doing a food bloat this weekend, and I am not experienced in this. I've eaten too much, and whatforth, but figured I'd give a real belly bloat the old college try. Anyone got any good experience/techniques for getting a good, lasting bloat with food? I'd like to eat foods that will great bass bubbles as it makes it feel like I have a baby moving around inside me, and I like that feeling particularly :D thanks for any pointers!

PS, sorry to anyone who has been trying to contact me on kik. My phone broke and now I just have a flip phone until I can afford a new smart device.
Drinking a lot of water before a big bloat apparently helps stretch out your stomach so you can fit more in, especially if you're eating and drinking gassy stuff. ;3

Heard eating a head of cabbage helps too but that sounds yuck.
From my own experiences, drinking gassy drinks is a great way to help adding inches to your waistline when you try to push your belly out. Obviously I can't speak for everyone, but for me the likes of beer has proven to be about the best for me. Preferably with a really good meal somewhere along the way. Therefore my best 'belly bloating' sessions have almost always come after pub crawls/when I'm away from home for a day or two e.t.c...

In terms of 'lasting effects', I don't think I've ever bloated myself that has lasted more than an evening (after the above) to be honest. Probably around eight to ten hours at most to hazard a guess. If I know I will be taking pictures or simulating, I'll generally do this within the first few hours of the drinking/eating ending.

Stuffing myself at home with snacks/a good meal and having a beer or two over the weekend doesn't really have quite the same effect unfortunately.
