I was wondering what you all use to simulate a baby in your birth canal . I personally do not usually use anything and I’m not sure where to begin . I’ve looked for plastic baby dolls that r infant sized but can’t find anything .
Inflatable butt plug along with a thick enema can help. Add to that a strong dose of laxatives, you'd also get cramps. On the outside, you can strap yourself with one of the gym balls that weighs 4-5kgs. Try spending a few hours like that, pumping up the butt plug every once in a while.
I use an egg sex toy on a string, the brood egg from frisky beast. Not very large but a good place to start if you haven't done something like that before!
