If so, there’s a good chance this is from ‘Ally McBeal’. The background looks like her apartment and RDJ was on the show in the fourth season.
I am sure I've seen that scene somewhere, but I really don't know where. 'Ally McBeal' seems to be a good beginning, so let's start in 4th season! ;)
Finally I found it after hours of research.
The episode is 4x18 and the scene starts at 1:15 but does not last long.
