I'm assuming the OP is refrencing Beau Mirchoff. In the movie he has an average slightly chubby hairy body. If you've watched him on "Awkward" he is usually toned and smooth. I'm assuming he pushes out his belly as a joke. There are pics of him on Tumblr from the movie. I'll try to find them.
