The movie Border or originally titled Gräns (2018) has a mpreg birth scene that starts at 0:45:29. And if you want, I also recommend checking out the entire movie, it's very weird and has subtitles (if you're not a fan of reading while watching) but worth the watch.

Yeah, but not that revelant. There's a brief scene where she sees her pregnant neighbor and I think a scene where she has to drive them to the hospital but that's all.
I just wish there was a way to see this without all the obstacles.

They don’t want to join a site like that because it seems very sketchy and they’re concerned about spam and viruses from the site.
Won’t let me watch it , tried numerous times , keeps asking me to make an account and when I do it asks me for my credit card info.

Oh, yeah before I had ad blocker I just exited out of the popups. I assure you it works, the site's just finicky. As long as you don't click on anything sketchy. I haven't had a problem like that yet, windows and chrome keeps anything like that from happening even if you do accidentaly click.

I just watched the movie yesterday. I'm sure it works. You scroll and click watch movie, you don't have to make an account to watch. If they ask you to just click next source on the top of the page and the one that has a play button you click and the movie should start. Sometimes you have to refresh if it loads slow.
I wouldn't recommend going to the site that the initial poster recommended, but now "Border" is available on all the usual streaming services for about $4, and it's free if you happen to have a Hulu subscription.
I haven't watched the whole movie, because it doesn't look like my sort of film. The birth scene is intense but grotesque. The man does push a baby out from between his legs, but it's difficult to see anything clearly, and overall the scene is more reminiscent of Alien than of the usual mpreg film.
