This is a manga that is loosely called Not So Sweet Newlyweds (新婚は甘くない) by Yuzuki Hikari. It is actually a sequel to another one of his works called Oden Gutsugutsu (おでんグツグツ). It is a slapstick rom-com that focuses on Michiko Naito, a girl who runs an oden shop, and Nao Hotta, a toy inventor. The first book is about them meeting and falling in love while the sequel is about them after getting married.
Nao doesn't get "pregnant" until midway through the story and even then it ends with the gag that he is constipated. Nevertheless, I figured it was worth putting up here. The rest of the book has two shorter stories from Hikari that have the same slapstick tone.
