Synopsis taken from the Cannes Film Festival website:

I found the full movie in French but with Portuguese subtitles.

The quality is very low but the birth scene in 1:37:05 is very satisfying.

I received the same error, but was able to bypass it by signing into Google Drive 

I logged into Google Drive, but the movie doesn't play. Do you have to download it?

Something I didn't suspect initially: The pregnant character is played by a cisgender woman.
