I think I understand the gist of this episode, but is there anyone who can elaborate further?

This was actually already posted here, but thank you for reminding me of it since I was able to find some stills from behind the scenes, including some featuring the incredibly hot actor with his prosthetic belly. 

I missed the first thread on this unfortunately, so it's the first time I've come across this too. I've not seen it all as it's 50 minutes long, but I've watched decent chunks of it - trying to focus on the bare belly content. 

What can I say? Great visuals in most scenarios! An absolute 'must watch' in my humble opinion. My jaw literally hit the floor in that first scene when he's lying on the bed, belly well and truly stretched upwards, clearly under a lot of pressure being against gravity. It's pretty much how I like my Mpreg content to be. 

It's just a shame there's no English translation.
