Why is there a warning level all of a sudden on my profile?

I'm not quite sure what you mean? It says your warning level is 0% You have no warnings for anything.

Everyone has a Warning Level on their profile, it's just usually 0%. You only get Warned if you've done something naughty.

You haven't been naughty... Have you? :P
