Didn't see a thread on this yet. Yahoo did a segment wondering about what it would actually be like for men to have kids. They asked an obstetrician; she seems to think it would only ever be possible to birth via c-section. It also touches on the societal aspects, such as new laws that might be passed, hospitals needing to be expanded becausde more OR beds are needed, etc, in a way that was really interesting.
