I think the link is dead or something
It appears to be a fan-comic for Dangan Ronpa - a combination murder mystery and bullet hell game involving high school students in the post-apocalyptic equivalent of an Agatha Christie novel.
Why that struck someone as the ideal setting for mpreg is beyond me.
