I find it pretty hard to believe this was aired on a kids' show. But sure enough, it's from the 2006 final episode of "Dick and Dom in da Bungalow." It was part of a recurring segment on the show during which cast members would--for various different reasons--become covered in "creamy muck muck." In this case the "muck muck" is the product of comedian Dick McCourt giving birth to a large number of unfortunate-looking baby dolls.
